Responsibilities:

Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
Engage in meaningful conversations and activities to reduce loneliness and isolation.
Assist with light housekeeping to maintain a clean and safe environment.
Accompany clients on walks, errands, and medical appointments as needed.
Prepare and serve meals/snacks while ensuring dietary needs are met.
Offer assistance with daily routines, such as dressing and organizing personal spaces.
Monitor and report changes in client well-being to healthcare professionals.
Promote a positive and comfortable home environment.

Qualifications:

Experience in home care, senior care, or a similar role is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build meaningful relationships and provide emotional support.
Patient, reliable, and compassionate demeanor.
Must be able to work independently and follow care plans.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (preferred).
